I love this post because it makes me think about “the three levels of self-awareness”.
I really appreciate this post and thought I would write something in this blog. It is based on your question, which was about the three levels of self-awareness.
The first level of self-awareness is just knowing what you’re going to do. This is the “automatic” level where you are doing a thing automatically and doing it without thinking about it.
This is called “automatic”, “habitual”, or “automaticity”. In other words, this level is what we automatically do. If I go to get some dinner, that’s my automatic dinner. If I go to work, that’s my automatic work. As far as I know, this is what you are doing right now. This is the level of self-awareness where you just do things without thinking about it.
That said, the difference between automatic and self-awareness is not just a matter of awareness. When you decide to do something, you have to do it without any conscious thought in your head. When you think about it, it’s just that you’re doing it. We have seen many times that people who are self-aware don’t do things as if they are automatic.
It’s the fact that we are not necessarily aware of why we are doing something that makes it seem automatic. Instead of being “unconscious” of it, we are often “conscious” of it but unaware of our actual “doing.” We can’t stop ourselves from doing things because we have not yet learned how.
Self awareness is an important part of it. But a lot of people have trouble with it. They think it is just a fancy word for knowing why you are doing something. But that isnt the case at all. It is a very deep part of being human.
In case you are not aware, many people have a hard time with this because they think they are not truly seeing what they are doing. A lot of people think that they are just doing things because they believe they are the only one doing it. But there is no such thing as randomness in life. It is not random but a process that we use on purpose and learn how to do.
You can’t really explain this either. What happens is that even though you know you are doing something, you still have to be aware of it. But it is just a part of being human. For example, people who are not aware of how they are doing something still do it because they believe they are the only one doing it. Or someone might think that they are doing something because they are in a certain mood. But it is not random at all.
