Youre hungry again. You put the cracker, cookie, and drink in your mouth and the taste of them is so strong that it burns your throat. Your stomach hurts so much that you cant eat any more. You put the glass of wine to your lips and there is no taste.
The only way to really lose weight is to eat very few calories. As a way of helping with weight loss, the body is designed to use glucose as its primary source of energy. However, as it turns out, our bodies don’t like sugar at all. They’re constantly making it, and eating it in excess can cause blood sugars to rise to dangerous levels. So in order to lose weight, you can’t just eat as much as you normally would.
So you can lose weight by eating less, but you may also need to eat more. Thats where the cracker challenge comes in. Each day, you have a cracker challenge. For your cracker challenge, you need to eat a certain amount of crackers, but you can only eat one cracker per day. You can choose to eat the crackers or not.
