This poem by Alan Blevins makes me smile. It makes me think of the first time I read it to my children. I had to read it twice because I was so happy that they could understand it. This is a perfect piece of writing to start a discussion about the self-awareness that can be lost as we try to get to a place of a more comfortable level of awareness.
I don’t know if it’s a good idea to read it before you sleep, but it’s a great way to start thinking about self-awareness. This poem is about the loss of control and the power of our thoughts when we don’t know what the heck we’re doing. It’s a great reminder to me about the power of self-awareness and the joy that it can bring.
Sometimes we all need to learn to live with the power of self-awareness. It seems like we can get a little crazy, and it can feel like we’re not paying attention to our surroundings that much, but its an important part of our lives that must be taken care of.
I’d like to propose a new phrase for the week. It could be used in any discussion about self-awareness: self-awareness is a state of being aware of your actions and thoughts. It is not a matter of having the ability to “un-know” your mind. Self-awareness is just the ability to be aware of yourself when you are not on your own.
That may be a bit abstract, but I feel that we must take this moment to really define what it means to be aware. It is a state of being where you’re aware of what you think, feel, do, and are. By this definition, I mean that self-awareness is not simply a matter of having a certain amount of self-awareness.
Self-awareness is a state of being where you feel the urge to know what you think, feel, do, and are. This is like a person who can’t stop thinking about something he’s thinking about and can’t stop thinking about the feeling of his thoughts. I call this a self-awareness of the mind. Once you have a self-awareness of your thoughts, feelings, do, and then actions, you have the ability to be aware of yourself in whatever situations you are in.
The problem is that there are times when you arent aware of what you are thinking or feeling. There are times when you don’t know what you are feeling. These are called a state of mind. We call this a mind-state. Once you have a mind-state, you have self-awareness. Self-awareness is a state of being where you know what you want, why you want it, what you can do with it, and what you will do with it.
The mind-state is the state of being in a place that says “I am aware of what I am doing.” The mind-state is also where you are able to make specific decisions. This is the basis of what we call decision-making. The mind-state is where you are able to decide to do something even if you don’t know what you want to do or know what you are going to do.
Self-awareness is also the basis of decision-making in video games. The fact that we are able to make decisions in games is what makes them immersive. Video games provide a more personal experience that we can get by thinking for ourselves and trying to figure things out on our own.
