I don’t know if I’ve ever had a better idea for an assassination attempt. I think it probably helps that my wife makes me breakfast.
For anyone who has read the article about the assassination attempt on Nelson MMandela, you know the story. The man of peace was assassinated in Johannesburg in April of this year. The police never found his body. The police were tipped off to the site of the attempted assassination by the wife of Nelson MMandela’s press secretary, who was also a close friend of Nelson Mandela. Nelson MMandela died from a gunshot wound to the head.
So what does this have to do with the “self-awareness”? Well, it turns out that Nelson Mandela was a very good friend of the world’s first black president, and was himself an extremely good friend of Nelson Mandela.
The self-awareness that Mandela is an extremely good friend of the worlds first black president, and was himself an extremely good friend of Nelson Mandela? That is simply not true. This is a conspiracy theory so it’s not surprising that it has been taken seriously by many people. For example, the writer of an article called “The Great Mandela Conspiracy” is an expert on the Mandela family and the Mandela family history.
Nelson Mandela was an extremely good friend of the black president, but he was also a self-aware man that knew all of the inner workings of the world. That is an extremely important detail, and one that Mandela himself made very clear in a public speech.
Mandela believed that a black president of a black country would be able to influence the white world to do more for him than the white elite of our own country. In his “Letter to My Father,” Mandela said, “I want to be the first black president of a black country.” That same year, Mandela’s father was assassinated in Africa.
I remember when Mandela was assassinated. It was a terrible day for me because I knew my father had been murdered. The news made me so sick, because I knew that his death would hurt all the people who knew him. Because my father was a man I knew, I was angry with him and I wanted to hurt him.
Now that we know that he was murdered in Africa, I can see why many people feel that there was something wrong with his assassination. Many people feel that his speech to his people on the streets of South Africa, “I want to be the first black president of a black country” was too bold. That he was not going to be a politician and that his political career was over.
The reason I think the assassination was wrong is that we’ve seen in the past how powerful an enemy can be. When someone gets in the way of our goals, we feel like they’re not just being an annoying person but a threat to the people we are trying to help. We want to take action when we feel threatened, but we can’t take action when we’re safe. We need to know who we’re dealing with before we step in the shoes of the villain.
I agree. In this case, we feel threatened by the fact that a person who was a respected politician was trying to assassinate another politician. The fact that we were safe is a good thing.
