I love that my favorite ice cream brand, Earth’s Best, has one of their flavors on their website. My favorite ice cream flavor is the “Ovvaiyar” ice cream. It is creamy and has a hint of a strawberry flavor. I’m not sure if we should be calling these varieties “ova” or “ovvaiyar”, but I think it works well.

I guess I hope the company never gets forgotten and that they’re still around for people to use, but I’d be careful about buying any eggs from them.
