I have been living in a new apartment for the first time in nearly 5 weeks, and as much as I love the space and everything, I can’t help but feel like there is no way I can feel at home until I get my shit together and get back to my routine. The only thing that’s keeping me grounded to the place I am in is the fact that I can get the furniture I need pretty much any time I want.
The apartment I am in is located in downtown Toronto, which may be a little more than a little. I live in a town near Toronto, but I have been in a different city for each of the past 5 weeks. I have also lived in a new apartment for the first time in nearly 5 weeks, and the one I am in is located in the suburbs outside of Toronto so I am not really stuck in any old city.
I have lived in a few apartments throughout my life, and my two main types of apartments are those where you can pick a floor layout once and then live with it for years and years. Or, you can rent a one bedroom apartment for a couple months and then move up to a two bedroom. I found myself in a one bedroom apartment in Toronto one summer and then moved to a two bedroom apartment the next summer. These two types of apartments are very similar to railroad plaza apartments.
I can honestly say that I’ve never lived in an apartment that was too bad. But the difference between a railroad plaza apartment and an apartment that is too bad is that railroad plaza apartments are too bad because they are so big and so far from everything else. The average person’s apartment is usually much smaller than that and is much closer to the places they want to be. But a railroad plaza apartment is the exact opposite.
I can’t speak on whether railroad plaza apartments are too bad, but the problem with railroad plaza apartments is that they are too big and too close together for people to actually be happy in. The only time you can really feel like you are living in an apartment is when you are on vacation, and you don’t really want to be on vacation when you are still moving. Most of the time you are on vacation without any apartment, and you are forced down the path of renting an apartment.
I agree that railroad plaza apartments are too big and too close together. With no more than a few blocks between apartments that are so close together that you have to walk from one to the other, you lose any sense of privacy. Also, the location is a little too convenient for people to just “rent” an apartment. You have someone who will basically just stand in front of your door with a gun and demand money from you every day.
The reason I am so against renting apartments is because there are some people who will just rent your apartment and don’t even need it. I have been watching this trailer so much, and if you need to make your own decisions, then I think you should rent something on the floor of the apartment that is so close that you need to go there instead of standing in the street. However, if you’re not trying to rent a place to hang out, then you’re not being smart.
In case you are wondering, the railway plaza apartments aren’t for the casual dweller. You will need to pay high rent (around $2,000 per month) in order to have a lot of people staying there. The most common reason for people renting on railway plaza is because they are not making enough money from their job to pay the rent, so they rent to save money.
Although they might be a bit cheaper, railway plaza apartments are almost the exact opposite of the apartments I mentioned in the previous paragraph. To get a railway plaza apartment, you need to pay a lot of money upfront, and then youll have to live there for a long time. They are also not really a good choice for a small apartment.
The biggest problem with railway plaza apartments is that it will look like a giant park where you’re stuck in a city and you need to get more places for your rent. If the city doesn’t have a lot of places for you to go, the apartments will look like a huge parking lot and lots of people will be waiting at the subway stations, waiting for you to get there.
