I’ve learned that the more you are aware of how you are acting and reacting to situations, the more you are able to be fully present. Awareness is important as it helps you to focus more and to not be distracted by things in your mind.
So Ive found that it is easier to be present in a situation when I know what I am doing. It is easier to be present when I know whats going on and I know what I am doing. I have been in situations where I have no idea what to do. In this instance Ive been a victim of an attack and now Ive been a victim of a mind control attack. I am very aware of how my body and head are reacting.
People who are in a place like this, are aware of their surroundings and their actions. People in this situation are aware that they are being manipulated in some way.
The mind is an amazing thing. It has all the power of the body. It can create fear, anger, and greed. If you know what you are doing, you can manipulate someone’s thoughts and control them for good or for evil. It doesn’t matter if the person is conscious or unconscious. The mind is the master of all.
It took me a bit to figure out what vijender Singh was referring to. He was talking about one of the many ways in which you can use Mind Control to harm another person.
