The concept of self-awareness is actually something that a lot of people might not know. It is something that, in my opinion, is very much worth keeping in mind. When you have to make a decision, it might seem like a great idea to ask yourself, “Is there a way to make my decision more comfortable?” or “Should I be more aware of the things that are happening around me?”. The answer to both questions is a resounding yes.
Although self-awareness is a good idea, it doesn’t have to be an all-consuming one. There are many ways to take it a step further: I’ve found that if I’m aware of the things that I’m doing, they tend to be less stressful. The key here is for me to notice, and for the mind to be more relaxed and more open.
If you’re like me, you probably have a lot of anxiety about the things that are happening around you. A lot of the time people are just going through the motions of life, and they don’t give themselves a chance to do anything more. This is great, if you could ignore it all the time, you wouldn’t have to worry about the things that you don’t think about all that often.
I think a good way to deal with anxiety is to just notice that you are having it and try to relax your body and mind. This is what I do. I think if we could just remember that we are here and we are doing things, it would help us.
