This is the second in a series of posts called “3 Levels of Self-Awareness”.
This is not a post about how self-awareness makes you a better person. It is a post about how self-awareness makes you a better person.
The first in this series is about how we are all different and unique. We all have different thoughts and feelings. Everyone is different. So how we behave, how we act, how we interact with others is a reflection of who we are inside. Self-awareness is the key to changing that.
Self-awareness is simply the ability to be aware of yourself. To realize that you are who you are. To realize that you are what you do. It is a skill that takes practice, but you can use it to your advantage.
We’re all human, but our brains are different. We’re all different, and we all have different ways of thinking. Our brains are different, but our brains are the same. We are all different. Think about it this way. You’re thinking, “Who’s the first and final person in the world, and why is that?” That’s the only way to know who you are.
We’ve all been in this position before. Where you’re thinking, Who is the first and last person on Earth, and why is that the only way to know who you are. The answer is simple, your brains. If you can learn to use your brains, it will definitely make you a better person.
So, we all have that same thought. Thats the only way we know who we are. Our brains are the same, but we are different. Thats why we all learn differently. We never get to know who we really are until we use our brains.
Now that time is running out and we are all in the same position we need to be more thoughtful about what we do, what we say, and how we are a person. If I were to tell you to do something, how would you feel? I guess you would feel guilty. If I told you to do something because I think you’re a good person and you should do it, how would you feel? I guess you would feel terrified.
A lot of people are afraid of being wrong. Thats why theyre afraid to take a risk. The fear of being wrong is what allows us to make poor choices and to not take advantage of that fear. We can be so afraid that we have no choice but to follow our own whims rather than our own best interests. Our brains are wired to make us do things for reasons that we are afraid of.
Fear is a very powerful motivator. People who are highly afraid of something or someone have a tendency to do it whether they know or not. We are not born with fear, but our brains build on it.
