Yes, this is about as heavy as my previous title. I actually weighed myself during the filming of the episode and my scale was 11.

As I mentioned in the title, I’ve been working with weight loss coach Chris Harnish to get me back into a healthy body weight.

I don’t think the title is wrong. As I weigh myself every day, I’m down to about 10.5kg, but I still don’t see any of it as being fat. Now I’m not telling you that you can gain a ton of weight through eating or exercise. I’m telling you to have a look at the calorie counter on your phone to see what your body is actually eating.

My body is actually only eating about 300 calories a day. This is the low-calorie diet that I follow. Ive also been working on eating better. This has included eating healthier foods, drinking water, and focusing on small, easy portions.

As in, how much can you eat? For the most part I don’t eat much. I only eat about half a pound a day. What I eat is usually a snack: small snacks, a snack on a plate… for example.

I guess that’s not a bad recommendation, especially for people who have weight issues. Some people find that the low-calorie diet works best for them, but others are really happy with the low-cal approach. Low calorie diets can be difficult for some people to stick to, so I’d say that it’s a good idea to discuss with your doctor first.

The idea that we should all make better food choices to get all our calories is a good one. I personally feel that the majority of people should not be eating so much sugar, and if they are, they should find ways to make it less bad for themselves. The problem is that most of us are not getting our calories from better food choices, we are eating food that is just as processed and high in fat and salt.

I’m not going to lie, I don’t like the idea of eating so much food. I have seen people who are eating so much food that they can hardly lift their arms. I have also seen people who can barely move to eat a whole meal. While I think it is important to get our calories from better food choices, I’m not sure that people should be eating as much as they are.

I agree that some people should eat more food. It is also important for anyone who is overweight to eat less. However, I think that more than eating more food, it is important to be aware of the choices that we are making that are contributing to our eating choices. As it turns out, in just a few weeks, we’ll be able to track everything we eat and drink.
