The process will take at least a month to get back from the bank to the seller.
In most cases, the process of getting a home inspection will not take nearly that long to get back to you. You will have to go back to the seller to get an estimate for the cost of the inspection, and they will not go back to you until they have received the report.
In most cases, the lender will give you a quote for the inspection. When they give you a quote, you will have to get a house inspection. The lender will then go back to you, and the seller will need to be on board with the inspection, which they will not do until they are told the report is complete. This is why it is important to get a home inspection before you even start talking to people to see what problems you may have missed.

This is the best way to ensure that you get what you need and have an honest opinion of what is there.
In the past, buyers would not normally want to find out what was wrong with their home until the home inspector inspected it. In most cases, buyers will not know until they are told what the inspection reveals. This means that if they really don’t like the home they bought, it is inadvisable to pay them money to fix something that they are not even aware of.
This is why I always recommend that you do your home inspection while you are still buying it. You can avoid these issues in the future by asking the inspector for advice.
My own experience is that the majority of buyers are clueless about the inspection, which is why you should be. Buyer’s remorse is the worst of all emotions to have when buying a home.
