the Fulham relegation saga is one that we have become familiar with since the season. If you watched a match last year and saw the Fulham team getting beaten down, you probably got the impression that the team deserved it. While that may sound harsh, it is the truth. The team is too inconsistent and inconsistent performances often go unreported.
We’re talking about the same thing – the same kind of player who makes a team out of people who aren’t great, who is a team player who is too predictable and unpredictable to play with, and who is too predictable and unpredictable to win tournaments where he is a key player.
Fulham have had a long and storied history of relegation, beginning with the club being relegated from the Football League in the late 90s. Since then, however, they have only ever been relegated once (in 1995) and that was due to financial difficulties. Their last real relegation came way back in 2004 when they were relegated from the Premier League. Their relegation this season is a bit more surprising given their recent promotion success.
Fulham have always been a team of champions, but in the last few years, it has become obvious that they will have to play in the Premier League again. That might be a good idea because they are the best team in the Premier League. That’s no reason to think they will ever win the Premier League title.
The question is whether they will win the Premier League title. I think they will. The problem with this prediction is that they will play in the Premier League next year, when they will probably be relegated again.
Fulham have gone into the last few years with a decent squad. They finished 8th in the Premier League in 2012 and 8th in 2013. They should be contenders for a place in the Premier League next season. Maybe I’m being too optimistic but I would say they will be contenders. If you take a look at their squad, you’ll see a decent mix of youth and experience. Their midfield and forward lines are strong, they have two strikers, and they have a solid back four.
Fulham have only lost once in their last three Championship games. They’ve already got their first win in the Premier League, and they’ve played in the Champions League this season. In the Championship they’ve got a decent squad and have very good players in the middle of the field. They’ve got a good balance between youth and experience, and that is a quality that has helped them in the last couple of years.
Fulham are an interesting team that has some potential but needs to be much more consistent. They need to focus on their own strengths and not put all their eggs in one basket such as a striker. They dont have the depth that they need to be serious contenders.
Fulham have had a very good run this season, but they could do better. The team is solid, the team is young, and the manager is in his second season with the club. With the manager being a long time Fulham fan, I dont know how much his methods have been changed since his days at Everton, but this team is definitely a work in progress.
I agree. Fulham are in the middle of the pack and they could use a bit more depth. The problem is that they have too many forwards who are either too young, too inconsistent, or too unreliable to be a serious contender. Maybe having a striker who can get on with the team and not just be a regular starter will help.
