I didn’t know the phrase “best paintings” until about a year and a half ago. I was making friends with a friend of a friend, and I told her that I thought her paintings were the best. She said, “Yeah, I guess so, but they’re not really paintings. They’re just drawings.
Well, as funny as that is, that was just the first time I heard that phrase. I mean, I didn’t know what a painting was, but I did know what a drawing was and I was like, “Yeah, that’s an artform.” And of course, that led to a discussion about the difference between art and drawing, and I couldn’t help but laugh.
I’m not a big fan of a lot of drawings, so I guess the best thing about them is that theyre not just drawings. Theyre just drawings. Of course, that makes a lot of sense to me, too, because I feel like people who draw are just getting older and just starting to learn a new artform.
One of the most important things I’ve learned in life is that art is just a form of communication, a form of expression. We’re all artists. We all take the same medium, but we can do it in different ways. For example, if you were to take the art of drawing for granted, you’d probably find yourself drawing on blank paper. That’s because the art of drawing is like music; it’s like having a keyboard, or a saxophone.
I think the main thing that art has come to, though, is its ability to communicate. I think one of the main reasons we take so long to master art is because we want to communicate with each other and make art for the world to see. I think that is what art is for.
This reminds me of something I wrote about a couple of years ago. The main problem with so many artists, especially those in web-based media, is that they’ve never been exposed to other styles and different ideas. I wrote about this for a couple of years in a piece called “The Art of the Impossible.” I used this very broad definition for art, where I included any creative work that is created by a human being.
The point is that in order to get something from other media to your own, you need to become familiar with other techniques, and then try to adapt and create something that is different. There is always a learning curve. Of course, this is true of almost any creative endeavor.
It’s also worth noting that artists have always used inspiration from other media, but it’s still an easy way to get feedback. An artist might start with a certain idea, then try to copy that idea in an original piece. Maybe a piece of furniture that looks like a big black and white photograph or even a painting of yourself wearing a hat.
I am a huge fan of the “try something different” idea, but I can’t seem to come up with anything that seems different enough. It’s always better to try something different. What you end up doing is almost always the same thing, but you are a little more creative. So I think that the learning curve for this topic is very high, and it is also highly subjective.
A good example of this is the painting of the three-headed dragon. We all know that the dragon in the story was modeled on a certain painting of the three-headed horse in a medieval story, but we also know that the two heads in the painting are the head of the main character and the head of his enemy.
