nischay parekh is a combination of yoga and meditation which is one of the most effective self-awareness techniques that I have tried. I have found that it has actually proven to be a great way to learn about my core beliefs and to focus my attention on the things that I am most interested in.
For instance, I have recently begun practicing nischay parekh regularly. It helps me to relax and focus on the things that I am most passionate about. It helps me put aside the things that I am most worried about and lets me focus on the things that I am most interested in.
If I were to try it again, I would be able to teach myself a few things that I would never be able to achieve in my life.

The idea here is that even if we all have the same attention to thoughts, we still see things differently and that’s where the attention to you comes in. It’s a small step from being aware of thoughts to being aware of people’s thoughts.

Attention to you, because I am quite aware of my thoughts and I am aware of the thoughts that are around me. This does not mean that I am not aware of my thoughts, it means that I am aware and that I am aware of others.
