I have a lot of friends that are into fitness and sports, so I always thought that I should do them, and I definitely think that I should consider becoming a fitness instructor. But I am also aware that if I do that I will never be as physically accomplished as I could be. After all, I am not a natural runner – I’m 5’8”.
Physically, I’m not really a natural athlete. I have been on the football field maybe 10 times, but I am not a natural athlete. I’m not built like a sprinter, I’m not built like a pro football player. I’m not built like a triathlete. I don’t have the ability to throw a football. I do, however, have a great deal of flexibility and mobility.
You could always go from a physical fitness instructor to a physical therapist. And if you don’t have an instructor, then there is no reason to spend extra time learning physical skills.
So why am I explaining all of this now? Well, because I am not a physical fitness instructor and I do not have a physical therapist. I am not going to pretend to be a pro football player or a triathlete or a sprinter or anything else. I am going to simply tell you what I do. I am a physical fitness coach. My job is to teach and educate, and I am very passionate about what I do.
You see, I am a physical fitness coach. I like to think of myself as a coach, as in, I coach people to get in shape to become as physically fit as possible. But I also coach people to get in shape to overcome their fears, desires, and the like, and that is what I do. I coach people in strength training, nutrition, and flexibility, and I coach them in all of these things simultaneously.
When you are physically fit, you will get bigger and weaker than you could ever have imagined. Which I hope is true, because you will be able to run, climb stairs, and fight at a competitive pace, while also training your body to become stronger and healthier than you ever have before, and you will also be able to go out and win.
I was thinking of a different form of physique coach. I was thinking of someone who works out alone. If you are always moving, someone as physically fit as you would never be able to achieve the amount of strength and power that you could achieve at once. Even if you would, it would take a lot of you. Which is why I like coach/dads.
Physical fitness is also the only thing that really has a physical side to it. It makes it a lot easier to get your body up and rolling. While you might do a lot of things you would have to do to get up and rolling as you get older, the physical aspect is far more important. It’s the first step to becoming physical.
Well, that’s easy enough. But if you’re going to get down and dirty, then you will need to get your mind off of the fact that you’ll be doing it. In fact, I will go even further than that. I will recommend that you get your mind off of the fact that you’re going to get down and dirty.
When the actual physical part of your body is still alive, then it’s a good idea to get it to go up. It’s also essential to get it into the body before the physical part is up. You can take steps without it before it gets too heavy and it will be a problem for you.
