The problem is when you’re not even aware of your own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then you can’t control them. In a day-to-day life, you can’t control your own habits. If you are not conscious, routines, and reactions, then you have no control over your own behavior. If you are not aware of your own habits and routines, then your behaviors are all controlled by you.
What happens when you don’t have any control over your own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions? You end up doing what you feel like doing. You might eat like a fish, you might drink like a pig, you might feel like doing something totally unrelated to whatever else is going on in your day. And because you have no control over how you feel, you do all of these things. The result is that you end up doing all of these things.
Well, that’s the problem with habit and routine. If you don’t have any control over them, you end up doing what you feel like doing.

I think that this explains a lot of why I find myself in the same place I usually am. In my busy life, I am always trying to change my routine. I always do everything better than I thought I could. I never seem to remember why I did things the way I did them, but I always feel like doing them.
Just like that, you can end up doing all of these things because you’re in a bad mood, that’s why. You can’t change how you feel, you can’t find the motivation to do these things, and you can’t change the routine, either. You can’t even change your body.
The problem is that we don’t have to be out of our heads to realize that we need a routine, a routine that we need some kind of purpose for. Most of us are doing everything we can to avoid the routine and find some reason to do it.
The reason why I like to make a DIY project is that I like to use it. Because I want to make something, I want to do it, even if that means I make a few adjustments. And if I do that it’s just great. But because I cant make a DIY project, I don’t like it.
