The point is to not to get lost in your thoughts. To just take care of yourself.
Virat is a mantra that’s often repeated by people in meditation to focus and connect with themselves. In a way, it sounds more like a prayer than a mantra, but the basic idea is the same.
One of the things I love about Virat is that it’s not just about concentrating on yourself. It’s about creating a space to be in. The first step is to identify your “fears and concerns.” These are things that you want to be aware of and that you want to be able to cope with. The next step is to identify your “sensations” or “thoughts.
I’m always looking for ways to make it easier for me to keep up with what I’m doing.
You can really get lost in Virat’s world, and it helps that the game is set in India and the main character is a guy who has lived in India for a while. I can’t imagine it would be as much fun if it was set in a different country. The game is also set in a place called Mahiti that’s roughly the same size as France but has a much more pleasant climate. I can’t wait to play it.
