I am so happy that I worked with Dan as my construction consultant for the summer. He’s a super nice guy and has been great to work with. Dan is very easy to work with and was very helpful with any questions I had.

I really like working with Dan. I’ve got a lot of stuff going on that I’m gonna take a little bit of time to finish, but I have such a good idea at the beginning (in a really good way) that I’m gonna take a little bit of time to finish it off.
Dan is the guy who will actually build your home. He is a contractor, which means he does everything from start to finish, but he also does a lot of “contractor things” like designing and redoing your home, and he has been in the industry for a while (he has a couple of years under his belt). He doesn’t do everything himself, but he will try to build your home from the ground up, if you give him some time.
Dan is one of the best builders Ive ever worked with. He isnt just a builder. He knows how to take your ideas and turn them into a beautiful home. You cant go wrong with him.
He has not just designed and redone your home, Dan has built it as well. He works full-time as a designer and is one of the first people I hire when I take a project over to my builder. He will build you a house from the ground up, and he does it every time.
That’s why I dont think it’s the best building any builder can do. It’s more about the design that he has than the people who are building your house.
The first time I worked with Dan he was at our home in Vancouver. He had all of our measurements and wanted to build us a house. We went through a lot of different builders and Dan was the best. His designs were unique and unique ideas were always met with a “no”.He was able to create something beautiful out of nothing.
This is a good point. A lot of people don’t know that Dan was also a builder. Dan built the homes for our clients and did the interior decorating (and building) for many of the homes we have been featured in. He was a master of construction. There is no question that Dan is one of the most talented men to work with.
