This is a common, but unthought of, mistake entrepreneurs make. I think this might be one of the first times I’ve seen this type of mistake with a game in particular. The concept of “thinking for yourself” is, as I understand it, pretty much an unspoken rule in modern game development.
The problem is that even if you think you have a brilliant idea, if you dont execute on it, it can backfire. If youre not careful, youll end up wasting your time, money, and probably your sanity. In the case of the bigg boss 4 game, there were a couple of ideas that we thought were pretty great, but only really went forward with the game once we got the whole thing under wraps.

We have a system for teams. It’s called the “Big Boss System” and is made possible by the fact that all of us are already Big Bosses. The system we came up with lets us create a team of up to eight players, where each of those players has their own unique ability and the team is able to create multiple distinct strategies.
The Big Boss System is made possible by the fact that there are many different types of Big Bosses. Each of them has a different skill set. We have a “normal” Big Boss that has all the skills, a “specialist” that has just the skills, and a “bunker” that is basically the same as a regular Big Boss with the addition of four special skills.
Each of these Big Bosses has a different skill set. The normal Big Boss is the highest tier, with a total of eight different skills, and a score of 1,000 points. The specialist is the next tier, with a minimum of four different skills, and a score of 500 points. The bunker is the lowest tier, with a total of four different skills, and a score of 100 points. The only difference between the bunker and the regular Big Boss is the special skills.
