The first record time for a human to reach a sitting position over 90 degrees from standing in one second is held by a group of three people in the Czech Republic.
To reach the first record over 90 degrees, the group performed a full sit-up and then a standing split while the two legs of the split were each supported by a cable. A second record was reached by the same group in 2014 in Estonia.
Of course, to reach the first record over 90 degrees, you have to perform a full sit-up, but you also have to do a standing split. That’s because this is the first time a human has ever done a full sit-up in one second. People often ask me how I know this, but I tell them I know because I’ve done it. You do what you have to do, and you end up doing it.
The thing about standing splits is that you can do them with your arms or legs. It’s a good thing to have a little bit of control over your body movements when you’re doing a full split. If you’re doing it without the cable, that’s not so easy to do. In fact, I have to say that I am not sure I would have been able to do it even though I have a pretty good upper body strength.
I just did it in the gym in the last week and was proud of myself. I had no real clue how I was going to pull it off, but I did it. I knew it was going to be tough, but I was determined. I think the important thing is to find a way to do it that is comfortable to you.
Of course, if youre like me and you just wanna get your ass outside and lift weights, then you can probably do it without the cable. But if youre like me and you want to have a good time, youll have to do it on your own. And I can help you.

I know there is a lot of great advice out there for this. Ive read a lot of it. However, I think it would help if you actually sat down and go over all of it with someone who knows what theyre doing. I dont think that will happen because of the cable, but I think it would help.
The best advice I ever got was from a guy who was in a wheelchair and had to be carried around on a stick. He said if you don’t think you can do it, you shouldn’t try. I think you will be surprised at how much it takes. I’m not trying to imply that you should try to do it on your own, but the best thing you can do to help yourself is to do what the person with a disability has done.
Well, it may seem counter-intuitive, but it’s because we often think of ourselves as “we’re not that good at anything,” and we tend to see everything as a chore. As a result, we tend to get frustrated easily and often do things that make us feel bad about ourselves. If anyone can tell us what it is that we are doing wrong in life, I’d appreciate it.
